Random Hero opens up the Tension #1 plaques
Random Hero’s song Tension, which enjoyed a long run in current rotation on both The Blast and The Blast Blender, enjoyed an 8-week run at number one on the Christian Music Weekly Christian Rock Radio chart (a USA radio airplay chart).
Colin Cruz, founder and program director of TheBlast.FM has moved off of his Noon-3 pm time slot to a 9 am to Noon slot, every weekday. Brandy moves to Thursdays from Noon to 3 pm. (USA/Canadian Central Time). So, today, for the first time ever, we have on air personalities on the air for 6 straight hours. We’re still dreaming of building an air staff!
TheBlast.FM stations recently changed streaming addresses for better connectivity from our main encoding site in Portland.
Streams are now hosted in San Diego and are much smoother, as internet routing changes had made the connection from Portland to the Washington, D.C. metro much less stable.
